No Weight Guessing, Estimate With Ease.
For residential customers using a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag for their laundry, the maximum chargeable weight is 15 pounds. If your bag weighs more than 15 pounds, you'll only be charged for 15 pounds. If it weighs less, you'll be charged based on the actual weight. You can send in as many bags as you like, and feel free to use scented trash bags—they won't ruin your clothing.
Paying Your Invoice
No Surprise Billing, No Auto Pay
Customers never need to provide a credit or debit card when placing an order with GoGet My Laundry. We do not store your payment information and never automatically charge you. All invoices are managed through a convenient click-to-pay system. Within 1-4 hours after your laundry is picked up, you'll receive an email and text message with your invoice. This allows you to review your charges before making any payments. If you have questions about your invoice, simply text our customer service team for assistance. Once you're satisfied, you can pay using credit, debit, Venmo, or Cash App. Please note that laundry orders will be returned only after the invoice is settled.
